Family is at the heart of the Wakefield story.
Over 150 years ago, the Perriam family migrated from
England to New Zealand to become gold miners,
hoteliers, orchardists and farmers.
Their roots were planted at "Wakefield", 7kms north from Cromwell in Central Otago
and the fruits of their labour have been
enjoyed across the globe for generations.
